| Text | The helicopter in the photo is actually the ACT Southcare |
| Service - VH-NSC. The author is correct in that the Helimed | |
| Operation has been operating a long time - 25 years on the | |
| 1st June 2005 - and was the first Australian | |
| Ambulance/Rescue helicopter service to operate dedicated | |
| twin engine single pilot IFR. All Bell medium types have | |
| been utilised including B206L3 and for shorter periods | |
| H500D,AS350BA,AS355. Currently Bell 412EP VH-VAB is utilised | |
| with its sister ship VH-VAA based in Bendigo Victoria. |
