| previously owned by Carty Beal Jr. and operated under Part | |
| 135 by Lonestar Helicopter at their Midland, Texas base. It | |
| was later operated by the owner after forming Midland | |
| Helicopter, and eventually replaced with a B model, s/n | |
| 47071 N222LB. I was the mechanic on both aircraft. |
