Helispot, but rather depends on the settings of your |

browser. You can set your browser to reload every time you |

go that page, or only reload upon request. In the case of |

Internet Explorer (on a Windows machine), I will use ALT |

(LEFT ARROW) to go back WITHOUT reloading, versus hitting |
| |
the BACK button for the opposite. <p>Good |
