I want to train to be a commercial helicopter pilot in |
| |
Canada. I was wondering if anyone could advise of the best |
| |
route to take. The company i am particularly interested in |
| |
is one called BC Helicopters in Abbotsford (Vancouver) ( |
| |
bchelicopters.com ). They fly the Schweizer 300CB. I am |
| |
curious to know from a non biased perspective thoughts on |
| |
the helicopter and what chance I would have of gaining |
| |
employment with that helicopter on completion. Also would I |
| |
be able to fly a much larger helicopter such as the bell 206 |
| |
jetranger after training on completion of the 5-10 hour |
| |
endorsement. Also what are the differences between American |
| |
flight schools and Canadian and would a qualification in |
| |
America be valid for use in Canada. I indend to move to |
| |
canada within the next 6 months.
Any feedback would be |
| |
much appreciated.
|
