Heli above AB204 was registrated as HB-XCG, owned by Heliswiss in Belp, Swiss, and later for project reason registered as PZ-XCG. Was located for a couple of years in the jungle of Suriname - South America. The AB204 is an excellent helicopter to be flown in very hot humid jungle conditions. The heli flew daily pending on the work to be done between 6 - 9 hrs. Almost every week we had a 50hrs inspection.
We hardly had technical problems with this amout of flying under the mentioned conditions. A real workhorse.It was a great time, having a good team : ops, pilots, mecanics.
