Photo 1743taken by Skip Robinsonposted 11 years ago (Wednesday August 9, 2000 at 12:19 AM)- Textthis is ernest valdovin. my question is that in the evening why does a helicopter fly close to individuals and if so does it use radar to track and follow their pegion? also why do the sheriffs dept. now turn off the light when they are beating someone? why did they not do that before is it because it would give the suspect a chance to blow one of their brains out and nobosy could see it or positively tell exactly what happen? when the copter is following someone, does the opportunity to give them a blast of radiation? is that not why when yoy have a suspect in sight you trun off all the light because otherwise the bright light would not get a definate bead on the suspect and he would never knew what hit him when he gets sick?
