ON SUNDAY THE 13 JAN.2002 AROUND 1200HRS I SAW A PIASECKI HUP FLY OVER HESPERIA GOING TOWARDS THE CAJON PASS. IT WAS GLOSSY NAVY BLUE WITH NAVY MARKINGS. DOES ANYONE KNOW WERE IT'S BASED OR WHO OWNS IT
